Check in from the web, the phone, a QR code on the wall, or a biometric terminal. GPS geofencing confirms the site, and an approved work-from-home day lifts the fence for that day only.
Leave with the rules written down
Define leave types, entitlements, carry-over and accrual once. Requests route to the right approver, land on a shared calendar, and draw down the right balance automatically.
Live field visibility

Live in four steps

Set up your organisation
Timezone, work week, shifts and locations. A first-run wizard walks an administrator through it, so attendance is measured against rules you chose rather than defaults you did not.

Add people and decide who sees what
Import the directory, set departments and reporting lines, then assign roles. A manager sees their own team; HR sees the organisation. Nobody sees more than their role allows.

Turn on the ways people check in
Enable web, mobile, QR or biometric independently. Set a geofence radius per location, and choose whether a location fix is required.

Run the day, then report on it
Watch the live board, approve leave and remote days, then export the month for payroll — on screen, as CSV, or as a print-ready PDF.
